[Patch] v3 Update Winter Season 12-13

To install the patch to install the v1 and v2 version before.

Installation Instructions:

You download and unzip the file into the following folder each for

- Fifa.db You unzip and copy the file to the folder: **** \ EA SPORTS \ FIFA 07 \ data \ CMN
